They both fall into Category B, which provides a monthly salary of BDT 600,000. Other players in this category include Mushfiqur Rahim, Mominul Haque, and Taijul Islam.
By paying these salaries, the BCB ensures that players are available for national duty first. This was also seen when the board limited the participation of other players like Rishad Hossain and Shoriful Islam in the PSL to ensure they were ready for the New Zealand ODIs.
