According to the Post, despite listing the mansion for sale, Lewis maintained her goal was “to preserve the vision of Jerry and Mary Henderson” who built the shelter “as the final home of their lives.”

Lewis also pitched the property as “a cultural landmark and one of the most unique survival residences in the world.”
With Price’s marketing now targeting commercial opportunities and over 50% off, the house’s proximity to the Strip makes it ripe for conversion into a luxury rental, event space, or museum.
